Values

Joy & commitment

We are convinced that the basis for long-term learning is that you should find joy in training. Our training is therefore always enjoyable, inspiring and adapted to the individual's level and needs. We want all children to feel motivated and proud of their development - both during training and after training. We coaches teach in a positive spirit and aim to engage all children in training in a fun and innovative way. All children should feel seen at our training - and be greeted with a big smile.

Inclusion & community

In agreement with Uppsala Municipality, we stand for the world of sports to be open to everyone. Everyone is welcome with us - regardless of age, gender, background and level of ambition. Uppsala Tennis Academy does not have an elite focus, exclusion or the like. We strive for a safe and open environment, where all children should feel safe and respected. We build our community through cooperation, friendship and through the positive climate that prevails during training. Every semester we also have match evenings when all our players and parents are welcome to meet to socialize and play friendly matches!

Fair Play & Respect

We encourage sportsmanship in all contexts. Players, coaches and parents are expected to show respect for each other, opponents and coaches. We stand for fair play, honesty and good ethics - both during and after training. As a member of Uppsala Tennis Academy, you respect all other members and treat others as you would like to be treated.
