Am I/my child insured through Uppsala Tennis Academy?

Answer: Yes, all participants are insured through Folksam during their participation in Uppsala Tennis Academy's courses.

I haven't received any booking confirmation?

Answer: We always send booking confirmation within 24 hours. If you cannot find your booking confirmation, please check your spam folder. Do you have any further questions regarding your booking confirmation? Send us an email.

I haven't received an invoice?

Answer: We will send your invoice within approximately two weeks of your booking. Sometimes it takes longer than that. If you cannot find your invoice, please check your spam folder. Do you have any further questions regarding your invoice? Send us an email.

Do you have Instagram?

Answer: Yes, on Instagram we are @uppsalatennisacademy. Please follow us to see fun events, news and activities.

Is it okay to try a lesson before deciding?

Answer: Yes, you are welcome to try a training session free of charge. Send us your interest by email to info@uppsalatennisacademy.se.

However, we recommend that you book a place directly if you are interested as we only have a limited number of places and the groups quickly become fully booked.

How often can I come and play?

Answer: It is possible to play tennis with us 1-2 times a week, subject to availability. Please email info@uppsalatennisacademy.se with your request. The price is reduced by 200 SEK per extra course chosen.

What courses do you offer?

Answer: We have tennis training for players between 2-9 years old and private training for players 6 years old up to adults. Our courses are for players at all levels (beginner-advanced). Read more about our courses by clicking here.

How much does the membership fee cost?

Answer: Group training 100 SEK per player. Private lesson 150 SEK per player. VT26.

I/my child forgot something in the training room. What should I do?

Answer: Uppsala Tennis Academy is not responsible for left-behind items. Please contact the municipality to see if cleaners or other staff have found the forgotten item, or take a good look in the training room.
